Patriotic Parfait

Want to show your stripes? Whip up a patriotic parfait.

Serves 4-6

2 cups raspberries or strawberries (fresh)
2 cups blueberries (fresh)
1 cup sugar, C&H®
1/2 tsp vanilla extract, McCormick®
2 1/2 cups softened cream cheese, Kraft Philadelphia®
6 tbsp Cool Whip®

Prep time: 7 minutes
Chilling time: 30 minutes

PREPARATION:
Stem strawberries or raspberries, then lightly rinse and drain.

Combine sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.

Layer a "stripe" (1" thick) of strawberries or raspberries in the bottom of a parfait glass or champagne flute.

Add a layer "stripe" (1" thick) of the sugar-sweetened cream cheese.

Add a layer "stripe" (1" thick) of blueberries.

Repeat layering process until glass is full.

Finish with a dollop of Cool Whip®.

Refrigerate 30 minutes.
