Slip little love notes inside by stretching the lip of the balloon over a cardboard paper towel roll and sliding the notes inside before blowing up the balloons. For an extra special touch, spray the love notes with perfume or cologne before inserting - when the balloons pop, they’ll release a burst of fragrance.

After filling the balloons with helium, use pink, white or red ribbons for strings and tie Hershey®’s Kisses™ to the ends. Write love messages on the balloons with paint or markers, if desired. Float the balloons over your bed (in four rows of four) to show your sweetie that love is truly in the air!

For a sensual treat, I like to fill the balloons with “love favors” – romantic things you like to do with or to your love, such as a sensual massage, foot rub, bubble bath – whatever their favorites are. Take turns popping the balloons... and let the fireworks begin!
