Waldorf Slaw

  Large bowl
  Small bowl
  Plastic wrap
1 16-ounce bag 3-color slaw mix – Fresh Express®
2 large Granny smith apples, diced small
1 cup chopped walnuts – Blue Diamond®
1/2 cup mayonnaise – Best Foods®
1/3    cup poppy seed dressing – Knott's®

1. In a large bowl combine slaw mix, diced apples, and chopped walnuts; set aside.

2. In a small bowl, stir to combine mayonnaise, and poppy seed dressing.

3. Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss to combine.

4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Makes 4 servings.
