Peach-Mango Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

1/2

cup mango nectar, Kerns®

1

container (6-ounce) non-fat peach yogurt, Dannon®

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, Dole®
1/2 cup frozen peaches, Dole®
1/4 block soft silken tofu, chopped, Mori-Nu®
1 cup ice

 

  1. Pour nectar into blender. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth.
