Banana Date Blast

Makes 2 servings

1 packet (1.19-ounce) low-sugar maple & brown sugar instant oatmeal, Quaker®
2/3 cup water
1 small banana
cup ice
3/4   cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk, West Soy®
1/3 cup chopped California dates, finely chopped, Sun Sweet®
  1. In a microwave bowl, combine oatmeal packet with water. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes; set aside to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a blender, combine banana, ice, soy milk, cooled oatmeal, and dates.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into two 12-ounce glasses.
