cup water |

small banana |

cup ice |
| 3/4 |
cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk, West
Soy® |
| 1/3 |
cup chopped California dates, finely chopped,
Sun Sweet® |
- In a microwave bowl, combine oatmeal packet with water. Microwave
on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes; set aside to cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine banana, ice, soy milk, cooled oatmeal,
and dates.
- Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into two 12-ounce glasses.
