Tropical Fruit Parfait

Makes 2 servings

1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt, Dannon Light ’n fit®
2 teaspoons lime juice, ReaLime®
1

pinch cayenne pepper, McCormick®

1 can (15.25-ounce) tropical fruit salad, drained, Dole®
1

cup low-fat granola cereal, Quaker®

  fresh mint sprigs (optional)

 

  1. In a small bowl stir together yogurt, lime juice, and cayenne pepper; set aside.

  2. Spoon 1/4 of drained fruit into the bottom of two wine or parfait glasses. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt mixture over fruit and top with 1/4 cup of granola. Repeat layers.

  3. Serve immediately garnished with a sprig of fresh mint (optional).
