Mango Melon Bites

Makes 6 servings

1/4 cup honey mustard, French's®
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt, Horizon®
2

tablespoons salt-free Lemon & Pepper seasoning, McCormick®

1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
1

package (6-ounce) smoked ham slices, sliced in half and folded, Healthy Choice®

2 cups refrigerated pre-cut mango chunks, Ready Pac®
2 cups refrigerated pre-cut watermelon chunks, Ready Pac®

 

  1. In a small bowl combine mustard, yogurt, and lemon pepper seasoning. Serve mango-melon bites with honey-mustard sauce for dipping; set aside.
  2. Use a toothpick to skewer a grape, a mango chunk, a folded half slice of ham, and a watermelon chunk.
  3. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Serve with dipping sauce.
