½ (16 ounce box) rotini pasta
½ cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
1 lemon, zest and juice
3 tablespoons parsley
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup garlic crotons
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and stir gently. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes or until al dente. Remove from heat. Drain well and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl combined the Caesar dressing, lemon zest and juice, parsley and stir together. Add the cooked cooled pasta, and the remaining ingredients. Toss to combine.
