Ingredients

Makes: 3⁄4 cup
Start to Finish: 5 minutes
  • 1/2 cup store-bought guacamole

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Push guacamole through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl. (This will make the guacamole very smooth.) Whisk in cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with Fish Tacos.
