Ingredients

Makes: 4 servings

  • 4 pork loin chops, 3⁄4 to 1 inch thick

  • Garlic salt, Lawry’s®

  • Ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning, McCormick®

  • 1⁄2 cup or more bottled barbecue sauce, KC Masterpiece®

 

 

Directions

 

 

  1. Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet or broiler pan with aluminum foil. Place chops on baking sheet. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Rub with chili seasoning.

  2. Broil chops 6 inches from heat for 4 minutes per side. Brush chops with barbecue sauce; broil for 1 minute. Turn chops and brush with additional barbecue sauce. Broil for 1 minute more or until cooked through (160 degrees F). Serve hot.
