The semi-homemade.com Web site (the "Site") is maintained by Sandra Lee
Semi-Homemade, Inc. ("us," "our," or "we"). We can be reached by e-mail
at info@semihomemade.com. Our data collection and use policies with respect
to the Site are set forth in this statement ("Policy"). By using this
Site, you signify your acceptance of this Policy.
Special note concerning children
We encourage parents to use the Site with their children. If we learn
that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable
information to the Site, we will promptly remove such information from
its files.
Definitions
When reviewing this Policy you should understand that when we use the
term "personally identifiable information" we mean any information that
can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name,

does Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade collect on the Site?

Site ("Member") in order to participate in certain activities on the Site
and enjoy special benefits offered only to Members. To become a Member,
visitors are required to sign in by providing their name, postal address,
and e-mail address. They will also be asked to create a Member Name and
password. Personally identifiable information may also be requested in
connection with a sweepstakes or other game, survey or other activities
on the Site.

you to become a member of the Site ("Member"). If and when you decide

information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration

and complete, and (3) comply with these Terms. You may review, correct,

You acknowledge that if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate,

to suspend or terminate your membership.
