Cupcakes are one of the most tempting sweets, and my Golden Glory cupcakes are no exception. Let your guests take one home to enjoy. Place a cupcake on a glass plate, and use crystal sheer cellophane and a gold satin ribbon to wrap together.

Create an elegant menu with sensational dishes that are easy to serve. Start the night with a platter of my Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Tartlets. Then for the main course, allow guests to help themselves to a Roasted Rack of Lamb drizzled with Mint Pesto, and a dish of Cranberry and Orange Wild Rice.
