Resurrect old-world elegance with an Art Deco palette of white, black
and silver. To jazz up the evening, slip in Billie Holiday’s Jazz
‘Round Midnight CD and dress the table in a white tablecloth,
fashionably topped with a square of silver lamé. You don't even
need to hem the lamé – just unravel the raw edges to make
fringe. Slide silver chargers under white dinnerware and cluster Yards
of Candles down the table, alternating black top hats and rhinestone
tiaras in front of each place setting. For a menu as glamorous as the
décor, serve Mushroom Risotto
Beef Paillards, followed by a cosmopolitan Coffee
Custard Charlotte. Give champagne a fruity kick with a strawberry
garnish or add a hint of peach with Beautiful Bellinis (see recipe below).
Beautiful Bellinis

| INGREDIENTS: |
| 2 |
cups peach juice, Kerns®, or 2 cans of
peaches, Dole®, or 2 cups peach liqueur, Marie Brizard® |
| 4 |
cups chilled sparkling wine, Cook’s® |
Prep Time: 3 minutes
PREPARATION:
- Pour peach juice, undrained peaches or peach liqueur into a blender.
Puree until smooth. Refrigerate until well-chilled.
- To serve, fill a champagne flute 1/3 full of peach puree. Slowly pour
in sparkling wine until the glass is filled.
- Serve immediately.
