Vegetable oil for frying, Wesson® |

won-ton wrappers, Golden Dragon® |

Cinnamon to dust, Schilling® |

cup whipped topping, thawed, Cool Whip® |

large strawberries, washed and sliced |
| 1 |
pint fresh raspberries, washed |
Prep time: 15 minutes
Assembly time: 10 minutes
PREPARATION:
- Pour and heat vegetable oil, about 1/4-inch deep, in a small saucepan.
- Oil is ready when a small piece of won ton or a drop of water sizzles
immediately when dropped in.
- Do not allow oil to smoke.
- Using metal tongs, place the won tons one at a time in the hot oil.
- Turn the won tons every few seconds, until both sides are golden-brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Allow to cool.
ASSEMBLY:
- Place 4 of the fried won tons on a work surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of whipped topping on each.
- Arrange sliced strawberries and raspberries on top of the whipped
topping.
- Dollop a second tablespoon of whipped topping on top of the strawberries.
- Place another won ton on top.
- Repeat the whipped topping-berries-whipped topping layer.
- Top each stack with a won ton.
- Serve immediately.
