2 shots coconut rum, Bacardi®
5 fresh mint leaves, torn
½ shot cream of coconut, Coco Lopez®
Splash lime juice, Rose’s®
Club soda, Schweppes®
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Add the first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake several times and pour into chilled highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
