Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2½ cups coconut water, divided use

  • ½ cup Captain Morgan Parrot Bay® Coconut rum

  • ¼ cup Jose Cuervo Especial® tequila

  • ¼ cup Godiva® White Chocolate liqueur

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • ¼ cup sweetened flaked coconut

 

 

Directions

 

 

 

  1. In a small pot over medium heat, combine ½ cup coconut water with sugar. Heat until sugar has dissolved to make simple syrup. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

  2. Dip rims of 4 lowball glasses into coconut syrup. Place coconut shavings in a small plate and invert glasses into coconut to coat the rims, then fill the glasses with ice.

  3. In a pitcher, combine remaining coconut water, rum, tequila, and white chocolate

  4. liqueur with 2 tablespoons of coconut simple syrup and lime juice. Stir and pour into rimmed glasses.
