Ingredients

Makes: 2 drinks
  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur, Baileys®

  • 1⁄4 ounce Irish whiskey, Bushmills®

  • 2 cups milk

  • G round nutmeg

  • C innamon sticks

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat together egg, Irish cream liqueur, and Irish whiskey until smooth. Set aside. In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Pour over egg mixture, stirring to mix well. Pour into a heatproof mugs. Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg. Garnish each with a cinnamon stick.
